Stemcell 15061HLA RosetteSep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Cocktail 旨在通過陰性選擇從全血中分離T細胞。不需要的細胞被四聚體抗體復合物（TAC）瞄準去除，通過識別CD16,CD19,CD36,CD56,CD66b和糖蛋白A紅血細胞（紅細胞）。當離心超過浮力密度如RosetteSep™DM-L（產品編號15705）或淋巴制劑™（產品編號07801），不需要的細胞顆粒介質隨著紅細胞。純化的T細胞作為高度富集的大量在血漿和浮力密度介質之間的界面存在。所需的細胞立即準備用在血清學或流式細胞儀交叉配型試驗。
